Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions on how to send your item back.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as the return address may vary depending on the product and supplier.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is:

  • defective

  • damaged

  • incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • custom or personalized items

  • personal care products (such as beauty items)

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must still be:

  • unused

  • in original packaging

  • with tags attached

  • accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
